Design Commission: Moet

This is a long overdue character design for
Who asked for an ACD with clothes based off of the music video The Ballad of Mona Lisa by Panic! At the Disco. 
So this is what I came up with. XD

So let me explain:
His necklace is a watch, I saw this in the video someone had this.
His clothes are mostly of when they show him as a ghost-guy in the video. (does this make sense?) 
Someone in the video had rope, so I put rope on his shoulder.
Someone had wolf/coyote tails attached to their outfit- so this guy does too! (I imagine him as some kind of trapper/hunter)


The leather on his legs are actually braces of his own design, because his legs were misshapen and to fix them, he created this mechanism with gears so that way he could turn them and the braces would straighten his legs.
